1)已建立以λ溶原菌作為一種細(xì)胞模式,深入研究λ原噬菌體紫外誘導(dǎo)的自由基機(jī)理;
2)影響微生物代謝調(diào)控的功能性基因及其克隆與表達(dá);
3)自由基對(duì)微生物細(xì)胞程序性死亡、發(fā)育與分化的影響。

1)原核生物系統(tǒng)學(xué)研究(典型分類(lèi)學(xué)、化學(xué)分類(lèi)以及分子分類(lèi));
