2000年在中國(guó)科學(xué)院獲博士學(xué)位，隨后在新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)生物系從事博士后研究。2003 年8月被新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)腫瘤研究所聘為Research Scientist。2005年9月回國(guó)任四川大學(xué)生物治療國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室教授。教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”獲得者（2007）。中國(guó)蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員；國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)刊物PROTEOMICS編委委員(Editorial Board 2012--)。

作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人先后承擔(dān)科技部863與973分題，衛(wèi)生部新藥創(chuàng)制重大專項(xiàng)和國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金（面上項(xiàng)目）等課題�；貒�(guó)以來以通訊作者在Mol Cell Proteomics （5篇）、Autophagy （2篇）、J Cell Sci、J Biol Chem、J Proteome Res、Proteomics、J Proteomics、Mol Cancer、Int J Cancer、Biochem Pharmacol等學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇，其中半數(shù)論文影響因子大于5.0，近5年論文被引用300余次。受邀請(qǐng)?jiān)贛assSpectrom Rev、Expert RevProteomics （3篇）、Comb Chem High Throughput Screen等學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表多篇關(guān)于系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)前沿綜述；并被聘為客座主編出版一期CombChem High Throughput Screen（2011）。受邀請(qǐng)?jiān)诘诰艑弥袊?guó)國(guó)際新藥創(chuàng)制前沿技術(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展高峰論壇（2011/09青島）”；”2011南京腫瘤生物學(xué)診斷與治療進(jìn)展國(guó)際研討會(huì)(2011/10 南京)”；“炎癥和腫瘤相關(guān)的蛋白質(zhì)研究和蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)國(guó)際研討會(huì)(2011/12 廣州)”；“第六屆亞太人類蛋白質(zhì)組組織（AOHUPO）大會(huì)(2011/05 北京)”做大會(huì)特邀（主題）報(bào)告。
