人物經(jīng)歷
1978年就讀于大連理工大學(xué)精細(xì)化工專業(yè),1982年獲學(xué)士學(xué)位,隨后在武漢染料廠工作,1983年8月起為大連理工大學(xué)精細(xì)化工專業(yè)研究生,1986年獲碩士學(xué)位,1989年獲博士學(xué)位,1990~1992年為南開大學(xué)有機(jī)化學(xué)博士后。1992年回大連理工大學(xué)化工學(xué)院工作,先后在瑞典斯德哥爾摩大學(xué)和美國西北大學(xué)做訪問學(xué)者。1995年遼寧省先進(jìn)青年科技工作者,2000年“大連市十大科技青年” ,2000年被評為教育部“跨世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才”, 2001年國務(wù)院特殊津貼獲得者。

1、生物分子熒光探針
高穩(wěn)定性、長波長、大Stockes位移的熒光染料及其在生物芯片、熒光PCR、DNA檢測、蛋白質(zhì)分析、熒光免疫分析、DNA測序、細(xì)胞內(nèi)小分子(離子)檢測中的應(yīng)用。
2、功能性染料、顏料及其工業(yè)應(yīng)用
染料超分子體系的光誘導(dǎo)電子轉(zhuǎn)移、分子內(nèi)電荷轉(zhuǎn)移、分子內(nèi)質(zhì)子轉(zhuǎn)移、分子功能的調(diào)控,數(shù)碼噴墨用染料與顏料。
