早年經(jīng)歷
盧克·布萊恩在佐治亞州Leesburg長大。在他14歲的時候，他的父母給他買了一把吉他。在學(xué)會了彈奏吉他之后，盧克·布萊恩加入了許多當(dāng)?shù)氐臉逢牪⑶议_始在當(dāng)?shù)氐木銟凡恐醒莩�。高中畢業(yè)后，盧克·布萊恩計劃搬到田納西州的納什維爾，但是由于兄弟Chris的過世這一計劃不得不被延遲。在那之后他考入了佐治亞南方大學(xué)并且成為Sigma Chi兄弟會的一員。在大學(xué)期間，盧克繼續(xù)在他的唱歌和作曲技巧上努力不懈，創(chuàng)作并發(fā)行了一張專輯，并且在他表演的時候發(fā)售。
正式出道前，盧克參與創(chuàng)作的Billy Currington的歌曲Good Diretions在鄉(xiāng)村分榜上奪冠，為他積累了一定的人氣。
演藝經(jīng)歷
在2006年年底他發(fā)行了自己的首支單曲'All My Friends Say'，并且在Billboard鄉(xiāng)村榜上最高排名第5，引發(fā)熱議。當(dāng)時諸多音樂人看好Luke的前程，而后來Luke也不負眾望，逐漸成為美國鄉(xiāng)村歌手中生代的代表人物。
2007年年中，Luke與Capitol公司簽約，成為正式歌手。
2007年8月7日，Luke通過Capitol發(fā)行了個人的第一張專輯I'll Stay Me。
在2009年的3月，Luke通過數(shù)字渠道（iTunes/Amazon等）發(fā)行了一張名為Spring Break With All My Friends的EP專輯。自此每年的3月左右（除13年），Luke都會發(fā)行一張Spring Break EP。發(fā)行EP的同時，Luke與來自Lady Antebellum的Charles Kelley及Dave Haywood一起創(chuàng)作了'Do I'，Lady Antebellum的主唱Hillary Scott在這首歌中以背景聲的身份出現(xiàn)。該歌曲于2009年5月9日首發(fā)并且排在了鄉(xiāng)村單曲音樂第53的位置。最高排名為亞軍，這首歌也成為了Luke的代表作之一。
2009年10月6日，Luke發(fā)行了他的第二張專輯Doin' My Thing。該專輯除了收入了在美國Billboard鄉(xiāng)村分榜上排名第二位的'Do I'，還包含了一首翻唱OneRepublic的'Apologize'，這首歌讓不少國內(nèi)的音樂愛好者第一次知道Luke Bryan這個人。此外，專輯的兩首單曲Rain Is A Good Thing和Someone Else Calling You Baby在鄉(xiāng)村榜上奪冠。
2011年8月9日，Luke發(fā)行了他的第三張專輯Tailgates & Tanlines，首周空降Billboard專輯榜第二。雖然首單Country Girl(Shake It For Me)在鄉(xiāng)村榜上最高只取得第四的成績，但之后由于各種原因，反而成為了Luke至今累計銷量最高的單曲，也成為了他的代表作之一。接下來的三首單曲I Don't Want This Night to End、Drunk On You、Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye都順利在分榜上奪冠，而Drunk On You同樣成為了膾炙人口的作品。
2013年3月5日日，Luke將前四張EP的歌曲再加上兩首新歌共十四首歌曲打包，發(fā)行了第一張Spring Break合輯——Spring Break...Here To Party，首周空降BIllboard專輯榜冠軍，Luke也收獲了職業(yè)生涯的第一張冠軍專輯。
2013年8月13日，Luke發(fā)行了自己的第四張正式專輯Crash My Party，首周賣出50W、并再次空降專輯榜冠軍。該專輯六首單曲的五首歌Crash My Party、Drink A Beer、Play It Again、Roller Coaster和I See You都順利在鄉(xiāng)村電臺榜上奪冠，Luke也成為繼布拉德·派斯里和布雷克·謝爾頓后第三位獲得一專五冠的鄉(xiāng)村歌手。第二首單曲That's My Kind Of Night雖然累計銷量不錯，成績也好，但由于主題隱含Bro-Country而飽受許多其它鄉(xiāng)村歌手的詬病。
2014年3月11日，Luke繼續(xù)自己的Spring Break系列，發(fā)行了Spring Break 6...Like We Ain't Ever，空降專輯榜亞軍。
2015年1月21日，Luke舉行了發(fā)布會，宣布將于15年5月8號開啟Kick The Dust Up Tour，也就是他的個人第三輪巡演。同時宣布了3月10日將發(fā)行Spring Break系列的最后一部——Spring Break...Checkin' Out.，并表示正式的新專輯已完成4首歌的錄制，將于15年發(fā)行。
15年3月10日，Spring Break...Checkin' Out發(fā)行，春假系列圓滿結(jié)束。
15年5月1日，Luke在巡演上首演了新歌Kick The Dust Up，5月8日宣布該歌曲將在兩周內(nèi)發(fā)行，個人第五張專輯將于下半年發(fā)行。5月19日，該歌曲正式發(fā)行，在采訪中宣布新專輯Kill the Lights將于8月7日發(fā)行。
15年5月19日，發(fā)行全新單曲Kick The Dust Up，并宣布第五張錄音室專輯Kill the Lights將于8月7日發(fā)行。
在國內(nèi)，Luke Bryan的粉絲對其有兩種稱呼，一種是擼擼（來自Luke的諧音，比較親切的一種稱呼），另一種是白牙（因為Luke的牙齒很白，而Bryan的諧音也與“白牙”相近）。國外的粉絲則一般會親切地叫Luke的原名Luther。
2018年4月，獲2018公告牌音樂獎最佳鄉(xiāng)村巡演提名。5月，獲2018公告牌音樂獎最佳鄉(xiāng)村巡演獎。12月，以5200萬美元收入名列福布斯2018年全球收入最高音樂人榜單第16位。

個人生活
Luke Bryan曾經(jīng)有一個哥哥Chris Bryan和一個姐姐Kelly Cheshire，結(jié)果哥哥Chris死于車禍（1995年）。而姐姐在帶領(lǐng)全村人看了一場Luke的演唱會后幾天無故死于家中（2007年），哥哥和姐姐的相繼去世讓Luke十分傷心，這也成為了他的陰影。在2013年發(fā)行的專輯Crash My Party里的歌曲Drink A Beer，就是Luke為兩人所唱的。
2014年11月29日，Luke的姐夫去世，Luke代養(yǎng)了姐姐一家最小的孩子。
Luke的爸媽依然健在。
2006年12月8日，Luke和他的大學(xué)戀人Caroline Boyer結(jié)婚。2008年3月18日兩人生下他們的第一個兒子Thomas Bryan，2010年8月11日兩人再生一子Tatem Bryan。
