研究方向
研究方向為低維量子輸運與原子團簇。近期研究興趣包括
1) 團簇基器件與團簇譜學(xué)
2) 先進量子/拓撲材料與微結(jié)構(gòu)器件
3) 介觀量子相干輸運與物理
主要成就
作為一名青年研究人員,在王廣厚院士課題組工作基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)展有特色的實驗方法,開展量子輸運和團簇電子譜學(xué)方面的研究,獲得科技部973課題“原子分子團簇及組裝體系的自旋/電荷序及其調(diào)控”、國家自然科學(xué)基金重大研究計劃培育項目、面上項目等項目的資助,在團簇液體噴射、電子非彈散能譜和拓撲表面態(tài)量子調(diào)控方面做出了一系列有創(chuàng)新性的研究成果。代表性成果包括:
1)拉曼觀測并解析峰寬獲得Pb團簇內(nèi)壓力變化,首次實現(xiàn)小尺度液體射流;
2)發(fā)展孤立團簇電子譜學(xué),首次觀察Ag團簇成對耦合振蕩模式并空間成像;
3)觀察拓撲表面態(tài)AAS、UCF等量子干涉效應(yīng),開展狄拉克體系團簇調(diào)控;
4)生長拓撲絕緣體橫向異質(zhì)結(jié)、Sm摻雜Bi2Se3、Ta2Se8I和WTe2等多種量子材料與結(jié)構(gòu)。
發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文70余篇,含第一作者/通訊作者Nature Communications、Physical Review Letters、Journal of American Chemical Society、Small多篇,國家發(fā)明專利授權(quán)8項。
2013年獲教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才稱號。
2015年獲得基金委優(yōu)秀青年基金資助。
2015年當(dāng)選中國物理學(xué)會原子分子專業(yè)委員會委員。
