工作經(jīng)歷
1999.3-至今 復旦大學遺傳所從事分子生物學及基因芯片技術的研究工作。
1997.8－1999.1 美國紐約州立大學布法羅分校生物系作博士后，從事酵母病毒RNA與外殼蛋白的相互作用的研究。
1993.8－1997.6復旦大學遺傳所從事植物分子遺傳學及植物基因工程的研究工作，其間到香港科技大學生物系藻類分子生物學實驗室作博士后，從事藻類分子生物學和基因工程的研究。
1989.8－1990.8 四川四達生物工程公司從事生化制藥的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工作。
研究方向
1 基因芯片技術的方法學研究和應用研究；
2．腫瘤基因組研究；
3．功能基因組研究。
目前負責的科研項目有：
1. 863計劃專項， 利用基因芯片數(shù)據(jù)構造前列腺癌基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡。2006AA02Z324, 為項目負責人。
獲獎情況
1、 獲1994年度復旦大學校三八紅旗手稱號。
2、 “基因芯片技術及產(chǎn)品的應用研究與開發(fā)”這個項目獲得了2001年度上海市科技進步一等獎，為第三完成人（技術主持人）。
3、 研發(fā)的“Biodoor chip4000基因芯片（微矩陣）”榮獲2000年度上海市優(yōu)秀新產(chǎn)品一等獎，為主要完成者（技術主持人）。
4、 2002年被評為楊浦區(qū)第5批專業(yè)技術拔尖人才。
5、 2003年獲上海市總工會頒發(fā)的“上海市第五屆上海市十大工人發(fā)明家”稱號。
6、 被上海市科委聘為2003－2004年度的“上海市科委技術預見專家”。
7、 2004年獲全國總工會頒發(fā)的“全國職工創(chuàng)新能手榮譽稱號”。
8、 2005年獲得國務院政府特殊津貼。
9、 “人腦膠質(zhì)瘤分子病理分類、基因表達譜及關鍵型基因功能研究”項目獲2005年上海市科技進步二等獎，為第六完成人。
