1992-1995，中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)應(yīng)用化學(xué)系、材料科學(xué)與工程系副教授。
1995-，中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程系、高分子科學(xué)與工程系教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。
