1984年畢業(yè)于河南農(nóng)學(xué)院植保系獲學(xué)士學(xué)位;2000年畢業(yè)于南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)植物病理系獲博士學(xué)位;1984-2001年, 河南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)植物病理學(xué)系助教、講師和副教授;2001-2007年, 南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)植物病理學(xué)系書(shū)記、副主任、副教授、教授、博士生導(dǎo)師;2003-2005年,英國(guó)杜倫大學(xué)傳染病研究中心博士后高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者;2006-2010年,第十二屆國(guó)際植物病原細(xì)菌學(xué)委員會(huì)委員;2008年至今,上海交通大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)與生物學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師;2007-2009年,美國(guó)Cornell大學(xué)植病系客座教授,唐氏學(xué)者。主要從事分子植物病理學(xué)、植物-病原物互作功能基因組學(xué)、植物病害生物防治和植物抗病基因工程研究。先后完成國(guó)家973計(jì)劃、863計(jì)劃、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金以及其他省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng),發(fā)表研究論文30余篇,其中SCI論文單篇影響因子6.2,獲省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)兩項(xiàng)、三等獎(jiǎng)三項(xiàng),獲國(guó)家發(fā)明專利5項(xiàng)。

研究工作
以水稻黃單胞菌-水稻互作為工作系統(tǒng),在基因組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和代謝組學(xué)水平上揭示植物病原菌的致病性和誘導(dǎo)抗病性、植物的抗病性和感病性、植物與病原菌互作過(guò)程中的識(shí)別、信號(hào)傳遞以及防衛(wèi)與反防衛(wèi)的分子機(jī)理,利用植物和病原菌來(lái)源的基因設(shè)計(jì)植物病害防治策略和技術(shù)等。
