1978年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)力學(xué)系計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)；1987年畢業(yè)于北京大

學(xué)概率統(tǒng)計(jì)系，獲理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位；1999年畢業(yè)于西南交通大學(xué)交通運(yùn)輸學(xué)院，獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位；2000年中國(guó)科學(xué)院應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)研究所運(yùn)籌室高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者；2001年北方交通大學(xué)交通運(yùn)輸規(guī)劃與管理博士后流動(dòng)站出站；2002年香港城市大學(xué)管理科學(xué)系高級(jí)研究員；2005年美國(guó)伊利諾伊理工大學(xué)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者�，F(xiàn)任北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院管理科學(xué)與工程系主任，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，北京運(yùn)籌學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事及秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)，中國(guó)運(yùn)籌學(xué)會(huì)理事，中國(guó)運(yùn)籌學(xué)會(huì)決策科學(xué)分會(huì)常務(wù)理事。

主要從事管理決策、對(duì)策論（博弈論）、模糊集理論與應(yīng)用、非可加測(cè)度論、運(yùn)籌學(xué)、物流與供應(yīng)鏈管理、智能算法、城市交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)平衡分析等教學(xué)和研究工作。

在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物和會(huì)議上發(fā)表論文200余篇，有10篇被SCI收錄，30篇被EI收錄。先后主持和參加10項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目，其中有4項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目，有2項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目獲省級(jí)獎(jiǎng)。
