疾病的代謝組學(xué)研究
利用核磁共振(NMR)技術(shù),結(jié)合其它的生化及分子生物學(xué)研究技術(shù),研究生物大分子結(jié)構(gòu)、相互作用,以期揭示其結(jié)構(gòu)與功能關(guān)系,揭示其作用的分子機(jī)理。主要的研究對(duì)象包括抑癌基因HREV家族的蛋白,SARS主蛋白酶,植物谷氧還蛋白(Grx)。
