個(gè)人簡介
基本信息
1996年在西南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位；1999年在華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲得碩士學(xué)位；1996年7月—2003年3月，西南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)教師；2003年3月至今，山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)教師。2006年山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)在職博士。
教學(xué)情況
2003年至今，作為本科生《普通微生物學(xué)B》、《普通微生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)B》、《生物工程設(shè)備》、《微生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)》、《生物工藝學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)》等課程的主講教師。
學(xué)術(shù)研究
研究方向
1. 發(fā)酵工程：主要包括蛋白酶、纖維素酶、木聚糖酶、果膠酶等多種酶制劑的菌種選育與發(fā)酵工藝。
2. 經(jīng)濟(jì)微生物：蛋白質(zhì)的定向進(jìn)化；纖維素酶、褐藻膠裂解酶等酶基因的克隆表達(dá)、定向進(jìn)化、發(fā)酵應(yīng)用。
3. 黃瓜根際微生物及內(nèi)生微生物的研究。
