發(fā)展和應(yīng)用蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)，代謝組學(xué),和化學(xué)生物學(xué)的技術(shù)和方法。研究病原微生物-宿主細(xì)胞的相互作用。以細(xì)胞和小鼠為主要研究對象研究免疫細(xì)胞的抗原遞呈機(jī)制并發(fā)現(xiàn)可能的腫瘤疫苗。發(fā)現(xiàn)和鑒別癌癥早期診斷的標(biāo)記物并研究化療藥物的毒理和作用機(jī)制。研究氧化還原生物學(xué)在衰老和疾病中的功能和作用機(jī)制。
