研究概況
研究興趣主要包括人工智能、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)以及知識圖譜。
主要創(chuàng)新性研究包括:
1)社會影響力分析:提出基于話題的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響力模型,針對大規(guī)模社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行用戶級別的微觀建模,自動計算用戶之間基于不同話題層次的影響力強(qiáng)度,為定量化、細(xì)粒度的網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響力分析給出理論基礎(chǔ),部分解決了影響力最大傳播模型的輸入假設(shè)問題。
2)社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶行為建模:將社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)理論(結(jié)構(gòu)平衡理論、兩階段傳播理論、結(jié)構(gòu)洞理論等) 融入概率因子圖模型中對社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系和強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行定量描述,實現(xiàn)了社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系挖掘的統(tǒng)一學(xué)習(xí)算法。
3)網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為建模和影響力分析,提出了針對社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)的微觀動態(tài)分析方法,并首次提出了社會影響力的量化分析方法,以及社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為和社會影響力關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系的分析方法。
4)應(yīng)用上述研究成果,研發(fā)了完全自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的科技情報大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與服務(wù)平臺AMiner。系統(tǒng)2006年上線以來,吸引了來自全球220個國家/地區(qū)的1000多萬次獨(dú)立IP訪問。
