人物經(jīng)歷
曾于1984年和1990年先后在日本東京大學(xué)工學(xué)部和科學(xué)技術(shù)廳無(wú)機(jī)材料研究所(筑波)作訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者。
1996年參加日本的MRS學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議,其后去長(zhǎng)崗科技大學(xué)、東京大學(xué)等進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流。2004年去美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué),羅切斯特大學(xué)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流。
研究方向
無(wú)機(jī)光電子與功能材料的制備及物性。
納米快離子導(dǎo)體的制備和物性研究。
主要貢獻(xiàn)
激光紅寶石體單晶的研制獲中科院科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng);紅外體單晶的研制獲中科院自然科學(xué)三等獎(jiǎng);非晶Ag-Li快離子導(dǎo)體研究獲中科院自然科學(xué)三等獎(jiǎng)。迄今已在國(guó)內(nèi)外核心刊物發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文60余篇。
