長期從事微生物、生物化工、生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的研究工作，主持10多項國家級、省市級和橫向課題，并獲得良好經(jīng)濟和社會效益，其中主持的國家863重大科技專項子課題-“抗腫瘤類新藥重組人凋亡素2配體（注冊分類I）的研發(fā)”分別獲Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期臨床批件

出版譯著兩部、參編著作三部，近年獲發(fā)明專利4項，申請專利13項，國內(nèi)外發(fā)表論文60多篇，其中Sci收錄論文28篇（總他引72次）。指導(dǎo)的碩士研究生論文分別獲2005和2007年上海市研究生優(yōu)秀成果（學(xué)位論文），為主參與并獲省部級獎5次，目前承擔(dān)和在研國家和上海市項目3項，企業(yè)橫向課題4項。

近年主持或參加主要項目：國家863重大科技專項及滾動“微生物表達蛋白藥物規(guī)�；�制備平臺技術(shù)”（副組長、子課題承擔(dān)人），國家中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新基金“I類新藥重組人凋亡素2配體的臨床研究”（承擔(dān)人），“十一五”國家863專題“生物法制備2，3-丁二醇”（目標導(dǎo)向，承擔(dān)人）等。
