基本內(nèi)容
楊碚芳教授多年來致力于光電功能材料，特別是新型寬帶隙半導(dǎo)體材料的制備、結(jié)構(gòu)與物性研究。已在Appl. Phys. Lett. , J.Appl. Phys.等國內(nèi)外刊物發(fā)表論文30余篇。目前，承擔(dān)一項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目和一項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目。
