    任貴興

    任貴興,三級(jí)研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。

    1999年12月,獲香港大學(xué)食品加工與保存專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。2005年1月,在中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院作物科學(xué)研究所工作,任研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師;2008年3月,任國家雜糧加工技術(shù)研發(fā)分中心(北京)主任;2011年1月,任農(nóng)業(yè)部國家食用豆產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系加工崗位科學(xué)家;2015年3月,任中國作物學(xué)會(huì)藜麥分會(huì)會(huì)長。

      作物種質(zhì)資源品質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)

    主要貢獻(xiàn):

      在食用豆、燕麥、蕎麥、藜麥等雜糧作物品質(zhì)成分鑒定及降血糖、提高免疫、抗氧化等品質(zhì)特性評(píng)價(jià)方面取得一定成績。以通訊作者發(fā)表SCI收錄論文60篇、中文核心期刊論文34篇;授權(quán)專利9項(xiàng);研發(fā)產(chǎn)品7個(gè)(已轉(zhuǎn)讓2個(gè)),完成成果鑒定(評(píng)價(jià))2項(xiàng);翻譯譯著1本,登記藜麥品種1個(gè),制定糧食行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1項(xiàng);培養(yǎng)及聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士后1名、博士6名、碩士11名,指導(dǎo)進(jìn)修、實(shí)習(xí)人員20余名。
