工作經(jīng)歷
1968年8月至1978年10月 四川省攀枝花市第十九冶金建設(shè)公司第一中學(xué)教師、副校長(zhǎng)
1984年12月起，任同濟(jì)大學(xué)應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)系講師、副教授，1990年晉升為教授。
1993年1月至6月訪問(wèn)聯(lián)邦德國(guó)波恩的Max-Planck數(shù)學(xué)研究所
1996年3月至11月訪問(wèn)意大利的里亞斯特的Abdus Salam理論物理國(guó)際中心
1997年12月訪問(wèn)日本大阪的大阪市立大學(xué)
1998年4月至5月訪問(wèn)澳大利亞悉尼的新南威爾士大學(xué)
1999年5月至6月和2001年11月至2002年1月先后兩次訪問(wèn)聯(lián)邦德國(guó)比勒菲爾特的比勒菲爾爾特大學(xué)
2002年1月到2007年12月受聘為Abdus Salam理論物理國(guó)際中心的高級(jí)協(xié)作員。
獲獎(jiǎng)情況
與王建磐教授合作的項(xiàng)目《代數(shù)群模表示理論中的若干問(wèn)題》獲得1987年度國(guó)家教委科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)；
與陳承東教授合作的項(xiàng)目《代數(shù)群的模表示理論中的一些問(wèn)題》獲得1996年度國(guó)家教委科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)。
科研成果
自1989年以來(lái)負(fù)責(zé)主持的國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目有: 《代數(shù)群表示理論的若干問(wèn)題》、《代數(shù)群的模表示中的一些問(wèn)題》、《代數(shù)群的模表示與子群結(jié)構(gòu)》、《代數(shù)群的子群結(jié)構(gòu)與表示理論》和《代數(shù)群、量子群與李代數(shù)的結(jié)構(gòu)與表示》等五項(xiàng)，以及教育部博士點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)基金《代數(shù)群與量子群的模表示理論》等。
1991年被國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)和國(guó)家教育委員會(huì)授予《做出突出貢獻(xiàn)的中國(guó)博士學(xué)位獲得者》稱號(hào)；
1998年被上海市教育委員會(huì)授予《優(yōu)秀教育工作者》稱號(hào)。
關(guān)于李型有限群表示的研究論文被收入Springer-Verlag的Lecture Notes In Mathematics.
