主要開(kāi)展蔬菜、草坪草等園藝作物品質(zhì)調(diào)控、逆境生理相關(guān)生物技術(shù)研究。(1) 重要蔬菜生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育逆境生理學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)研究：包括重要蔬菜作物在干旱、弱光等亞適宜脅迫條件下的光合生理、生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育、碳素同化等的變化及其機(jī)理；重要蔬菜作物抗干旱、低溫等逆境相關(guān)基因（ProDH、PEPC等）克隆與功能分析研究。(2) 重要蔬菜品質(zhì)相關(guān)生理學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)研究：包括十字花科蔬菜CesA基因的克隆與功能驗(yàn)證；重要蔬菜花青素代謝相關(guān)基因的克隆與功能驗(yàn)證，花青素合成的機(jī)理及其調(diào)控原理。結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物技術(shù)和醫(yī)學(xué)細(xì)胞及分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)手段開(kāi)展蔬菜中花青素生理活性和功能對(duì)代謝綜合癥的細(xì)胞學(xué)及分子生物學(xué)研究等。(3) 種子萌發(fā)生理學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)研究：研究種子萌發(fā)過(guò)程中低溫、干旱、高鹽等逆境條件誘導(dǎo)的基因表達(dá)；開(kāi)展外源活性物質(zhì)對(duì)逆境脅迫下種子活力的誘導(dǎo)作用及機(jī)制研究；開(kāi)展種子萌發(fā)過(guò)程中DNA甲基化特征的研究。(4) 草坪草逆境生理及分子生物學(xué)研究：草坪草逆境生理及分子生物學(xué)研究：黑麥草質(zhì)膜型水通道蛋白基因LpPIP響應(yīng)干旱脅迫作用機(jī)制研究；黑麥草與羊茅遠(yuǎn)緣雜交功能基因定位及遺傳調(diào)控研究。(5) 開(kāi)展棉花油酰卵磷脂基因（ghFAD2-1）RNAi載體的構(gòu)建以及大規(guī)模轉(zhuǎn)化研究。迄今在“New Phytologist”、“Plant Physiology”、“中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)”等刊物發(fā)表科研論文90多篇，其中SCI收錄30篇。十項(xiàng)第一署名專(zhuān)利申請(qǐng)公開(kāi)中。課題項(xiàng)目
