光功能材料與器件：光是信息、能量和美的載體。主要科研興趣是研究無機光功能材料的組分－結構－性能的關系和開發(fā)可調(diào)控光的新材料。研究對象是面向半導體照明用的熒光材料，面向太陽能電池用的光譜轉(zhuǎn)換材料，以及節(jié)能顯示用的蓄光材料。研究目的是借助高性能材料和器件，充分利用光能，滿足節(jié)能和環(huán)保的需求。
