2015年10月任中國(guó)政法大學(xué)教務(wù)處處長(zhǎng)

主要研究領(lǐng)域有: 比較政治學(xué)理論、政治參與與公民文化、政治心理學(xué)、政治學(xué)研究方法。

主要研究課題有: 中國(guó)社會(huì)階層研究、公民政治參與的心理研究、公民政治文化的探究、多變量之間的路徑研究（path analysis）。
