2011年7月-2014年7月,中國科學(xué)院微生物研究所助理研究員。
2014年8月-2015年2月,中國科學(xué)院微生物研究所副研究員。
2015年3月,四川大學(xué)生物治療國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室教授。
科研方向
研究目的
主要從事囊膜病毒的受體識(shí)別和致病機(jī)制研究。通過解析病原表面配體與宿主受體分子的復(fù)合物結(jié)構(gòu),并進(jìn)一步利用生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)等方法驗(yàn)證結(jié)合模式,揭示病原侵入機(jī)制,為尋找有效的、靶向病毒侵入過程的抑制劑分子提供基礎(chǔ)。
研究方向
1.病毒侵入與致病機(jī)制研究;
2.病毒與宿主互作的分子基礎(chǔ)研究;
3.基于結(jié)構(gòu)的疫苗設(shè)計(jì)和抗體改造。
著述成果
在國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表SCI論文27篇,其中以第一或通訊作者(含共第一和共通訊)在Nature,Nature Structural Molecular Biology,PNAS,Nature Communications等國際雜志發(fā)表論文13篇,參與譯!恫《緦W(xué)原理》(第三版)書籍1部,申請(qǐng)國家發(fā)明專利2項(xiàng),主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng),作為子課題負(fù)責(zé)人參加傳染病防治重大專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。
