李奇淵主要從事針與腫瘤基因組相關(guān)的轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)研究：運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)模型從基因組大數(shù)據(jù)中尋找與腫瘤分型，預(yù)后，化療敏感性等臨床特征有關(guān)的遺傳標(biāo)記；通過多元模型對腫瘤遺傳多態(tài)性，體細(xì)胞變異，綜合表觀遺傳學(xué)特征和基因表達(dá)進(jìn)行分析建模，認(rèn)識和理解腫瘤風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子的生物學(xué)功能；分析腫瘤基因組體細(xì)胞水平上的各種變異類型及其調(diào)控機(jī)制
