人物經(jīng)歷
1982年六月畢業(yè)于華中師范大學(xué)生物系。
1982—1990于華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)部工作,其間作為在職研究生于武漢大學(xué)獲碩士學(xué)位。
1991—1994于武漢大學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位并留校工作。曾在荷蘭、意大利、德國(guó)等從事博士后研究或合作科研。1999年回國(guó),現(xiàn)任武漢大學(xué)植物發(fā)育生物學(xué)教 授,博士生導(dǎo)師,植物生殖發(fā)育與生殖工程研究室主任,植物發(fā)育生物學(xué)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任,中國(guó)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)會(huì)理事,中國(guó)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)會(huì)信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)專業(yè)委員會(huì) 副主任等職。
研究方向
被子植物生殖發(fā)育生物學(xué)和生殖細(xì)胞工程
多年來(lái)一直致力于被子植物受精與胚胎發(fā)生的研究。
社會(huì)兼職
中國(guó)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)會(huì)資深理事,中國(guó)植物學(xué)會(huì)植物結(jié)構(gòu)與生殖生物學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任,湖北省細(xì)胞生物學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)等職。兼任“植物科學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)”副主編,“PLoS ONE”,“Journal of Integrative Plant Biology”,“Plant Science and Molecular Breeding”, “Turkish Journal of Botany”,“Chinese Science Bulletin” and “中國(guó)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)報(bào)” 等雜志編委。
研究領(lǐng)域
1. 被子植物受精的分子機(jī)制:主要探討雄配子體與雌蕊的相互作用機(jī)制;配子發(fā)育與特化的分子機(jī)制;受精過(guò)程中配子的相互作用。
2. 被子植物早期胚胎發(fā)生分子機(jī)制:胚胎發(fā)生啟動(dòng)的分子機(jī)制;胚胎發(fā)生中細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定;胚胎發(fā)生中細(xì)胞程序性死亡。
