研究方向
(1) 藥物分子和蛋白質(zhì)摩擦力學(xué):為拓展生物力學(xué)學(xué)科的研究方向,在“分子、細(xì)胞生物力學(xué)及流變學(xué)”基礎(chǔ)研究方向上,首次開(kāi)展了“基于蛋白質(zhì)自組裝及其藥物作用下的生物大分子間力學(xué)行為與新藥篩選”的系統(tǒng)方法學(xué)的研究,為生物體系中藥物存在下生物大分子的結(jié)合、識(shí)別和交互等相互作用機(jī)制,建立了一套新的測(cè)試模式和評(píng)價(jià)體系。為藥物作用下生物分子的結(jié)合、識(shí)別及其新藥設(shè)計(jì),建立了一套切實(shí)可行的研究體系。在上述基礎(chǔ)研究指導(dǎo)下,指導(dǎo)性開(kāi)發(fā)完成多個(gè)原料藥和制劑的生產(chǎn)推廣與應(yīng)用,項(xiàng)目“豬雞病原細(xì)菌耐藥性研究及在安全高效新獸藥研制中的應(yīng)用”榮獲國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)。
(2) 新型原料藥物合成:開(kāi)展了基于結(jié)構(gòu)和機(jī)理的藥物設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)研究,其中主要以拼合性藥物設(shè)計(jì)以及藥物前體修飾為基礎(chǔ),先后完成阿司匹林與丹皮酚接枝藥物、新一代氟喹諾酮類(lèi)藥物奧比沙星、非麻醉非類(lèi)固醇類(lèi)的止痛劑氟尼辛葡甲胺和大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類(lèi)新型抗菌藥物Gamithromycin以及各種藥物結(jié)構(gòu)修飾性的合成和產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。
(3) 藥物新劑型設(shè)計(jì)與工藝:在自主開(kāi)發(fā)具有獨(dú)立知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的新型高水溶性藥用輔料“磺烴基醚-β-環(huán)糊精”的基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)發(fā)完成各種包合片劑、包合粉針劑和水劑注射液等產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)與生產(chǎn);目前研究的重點(diǎn)為基于提高藥物靶向能力和效價(jià)的原料藥包合、包被、包衣、微囊化、脂質(zhì)體和緩釋等處理技術(shù)。
