工作實績
任州食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局政策法規(guī)科科長以來，積極推行執(zhí)法責(zé)任制,加強規(guī)范性文件管理，強化藥品執(zhí)法監(jiān)督檢查。建立完善了《藥品與醫(yī)療器械監(jiān)管制度》等管理制度，開展執(zhí)法文書檢查和案卷評查，組織執(zhí)法人員培訓(xùn)和法規(guī)宣傳30余次。積極參與傣藥材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究制定。
主要成就
胡永健，畢業(yè)于天津財經(jīng)大學(xué)，本科專業(yè)為經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)計。研究生期間，主攻國民經(jīng)濟核算體系（SNA）.2000年開始在荷蘭阿姆斯特丹大學(xué)（University of Amsterdam）經(jīng)濟與經(jīng)濟計量學(xué)院經(jīng)濟系攻讀博士學(xué)位。博士研究課題為u2018勞動力市場靈活性政策對工資收入分配的影響u2019。2005年6月，獲得經(jīng)濟學(xué)博士學(xué)位。博士畢業(yè)后，在英國南漢普頓大學(xué)(University of Southampton)社會統(tǒng)計系和畢威大學(xué)（University of Warwick）從事勞動經(jīng)濟學(xué)的教學(xué)與研究。英國工作期間的科研成果由英國皇家統(tǒng)計月刊、心理醫(yī)學(xué)雜志發(fā)表。 2006年至2009年在國際勞工組織（ILO）從事世界各國工資政策特別是最低工資政策方面的研究與咨詢工作，曾參加國際勞動組織第一份關(guān)于全球工資發(fā)展?fàn)顩r報告的撰寫。2010年開始在天津財經(jīng)大學(xué)經(jīng)濟系從事教學(xué)與研究工作。承擔(dān)的科研工作為國際勞工組織和聯(lián)合國人口基金會(UNFPA)共同資助的關(guān)于中國青年農(nóng)民工問題及戶口制度改革研究項目。

西方經(jīng)濟學(xué)、勞動經(jīng)濟學(xué)、當(dāng)代中國勞動力市場問題研究、勞動力市場統(tǒng)計指標(biāo)分析、微觀經(jīng)濟計量學(xué)在勞動力經(jīng)濟學(xué)研究中的應(yīng)用、經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)計。
研究方向
勞動力市場政策、工資和收入分配與差異、靈活就業(yè)政策與勞動者權(quán)益保護、中國農(nóng)民工問題與戶口改革、勞動力市場統(tǒng)計指標(biāo)分析和微觀經(jīng)濟計量學(xué)在勞動力經(jīng)濟學(xué)研究中的應(yīng)用。
