至今主持和完成國(guó)家自然基金項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)、省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng),參與國(guó)家重大、重點(diǎn)研究計(jì)劃多項(xiàng)。已在Nat. Nanotechnol., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., JACS, Adv. Electron. Mater.,IEEEEDL, APL等期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,SCI他引600余次;參編《量子物理》教材一部;合作撰寫專著章節(jié)2篇;是Nat. Mater., Nat. Commun., Nano Lett., Adv. Mater., APL等多種著名雜志的審稿人;是Nature綜合性學(xué)術(shù)期刊Scientific Reports的編委會(huì)成員(Editorial Board Member).
