2002年畢業(yè)于加拿大Queenu2019s University,獲生物化學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2003-2004年在Queenu2019s University蛋白質(zhì)功能中心和生物化學(xué)系從事博士后研究,2005年后在美國Duke University Medical Center任助理研究員、助理教授。2009年入選中國科學(xué)院“百人計劃”,2010年起擔(dān)任中國科學(xué)院動物研究所研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師、昆蟲發(fā)育與生殖基因調(diào)控研究組組長,2011年獲“百人計劃”擇優(yōu)支持。
主要成就
長期從事發(fā)育生物學(xué),轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控機制,細(xì)胞因子與信號通路,功能基因進化及環(huán)境脅迫適應(yīng)等方面的研究。曾獲美國PRS NIH/NICHD Young Investigator Award,擔(dān)任Journal of Allergy and Therapy編委。近年的研究成果發(fā)表于PNAS, Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Journal of Cell Science, American Journal of Physiology等SCI期刊上。授權(quán)國際專利1項。
研究方向
綜合運用分子生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)等手段,研究昆蟲生殖發(fā)育與變態(tài)的基因調(diào)控機制,昆蟲與寄主植物的相互作用和昆蟲適應(yīng)環(huán)境脅迫的分子機理。包括昆蟲激素(保幼激素、蛻皮激素、肽激素等)或環(huán)境與寄主因子誘導(dǎo)下的基因轉(zhuǎn)錄與調(diào)控、蛋白表達(dá)與修飾、信號傳導(dǎo)等。
