人物經(jīng)歷
1965年畢業(yè)于湖南大學(xué)物理系,1979年至1981年在美國(guó)威斯康星-麥迪遜大學(xué)留學(xué),致力于材料表面界面結(jié)構(gòu)與缺陷的理論研究;1989年應(yīng)邀到德國(guó)漢諾威大學(xué)進(jìn)行材料表面理論方面的國(guó)際合作研究,完成一項(xiàng)國(guó)際合作課題“層形晶體的生長(zhǎng)和有序過程”;1996年應(yīng)邀到美國(guó)威斯康星——麥迪遜大學(xué)進(jìn)行材料表面技術(shù)的合作研究;長(zhǎng)期從事表面結(jié)構(gòu)和表面技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和基礎(chǔ)研究。

研究方向
材料科學(xué)與工程(材料物理與化學(xué)):材料微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、表面結(jié)構(gòu)與表面改性。
主要貢獻(xiàn)
先后主持并完成國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金課題三項(xiàng)、部省級(jí)課題十項(xiàng)。申請(qǐng)者1984年主持的國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金資助項(xiàng)目“表面缺陷結(jié)構(gòu)的低能電子衍射研究”(84科基金數(shù)準(zhǔn)字第58號(hào)),主要研究了缺陷表面(主要是臺(tái)階表面與吸附表面)的原子相干性、表面化學(xué)吸附系統(tǒng)的有序-無序相變和公度-非公度相變。申請(qǐng)者1999年主持的國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金課題“Al-Cu-Fe準(zhǔn)晶薄膜形成機(jī)理研究”(批準(zhǔn)號(hào):19874018),應(yīng)用Monte Carlo方法和EAM理論模擬研究了準(zhǔn)晶薄膜的形成過程。申請(qǐng)者在國(guó)內(nèi)外著名學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文100余篇,多數(shù)被SCI和EI收錄。完成專著兩本。
