人物生平
柯昌英，男，51歲，管理學博士、博士生導師、三級教授、化工及塑料專業(yè)高級工程師。武漢工程大學管理學院院長、兼職于華中科技大學研究生院。
社會實踐
從事過技術創(chuàng)新、市場拓展、生產(chǎn)運作、物流管理、資金運營、行政管理等多方面工作。曾任上市公司高管及企業(yè)法定代表人近二十年，具有豐富的社會實踐經(jīng)驗。
學術研究
學術研究以競爭力理論與實踐（管理科學與工程）、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理（工商管理）為主，同時也進行塑料材料改性與成型、間歇反應精餾等跨學科的研究。具有較高程度的學術水平，擁有人文社會科學與自然科學交叉復合型知識結構。
