任務(wù)介紹
苗建銀,男,博士,美國馬薩諸塞大學(xué)阿默斯特分校博士后,2015年以首聘副教授方式引進到華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)食品學(xué)院。從事天然活性物的高效分離純化、結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定、功能性評價、作用機理等方面研究及功能食品開發(fā)。目前主持廣東省自然科學(xué)基金項目1項,參與科研項目多項。近五年來在各級各類學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文近20篇,其中第一作者發(fā)表SCI論文8篇(總影響因子22,其中Ⅰ區(qū)TOP1期刊2篇,Ⅱ區(qū)5篇,Ⅲ區(qū)1篇)、EI論文2篇,申報專利4項。
