    研究領(lǐng)域

    食源性革蘭氏陰性致病菌(主要為:沙門氏菌、阪崎桿菌和彎曲桿菌)的分子流行病學,致病性及致病機制,藥敏性及耐藥機制,食品安全生產(chǎn)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈致病菌的分子溯源和控制。

    開設(shè)課程

    先后主講食品科學與工程學院本科生《食品微生物學》、《微生物學實驗技術(shù)》和《食品生物性安全檢測教學實習》課程,為碩士研究生《食品基因工程技術(shù)》課程和博士研究生《食品分子微生物》課程的主講教師之一。

    主持科研項目共19項,其中“國家自然科學基金面上項目”2項,“135”食品安全國家重點研發(fā)計劃課題1項,省部級項目10余項。目前,以第一作者(或通訊作者)共發(fā)表科研論文40余篇,其中SCI收錄24篇,ESI高被引論文1篇。
