人物介紹
法國(guó)著名青年作曲家、音樂教育家，現(xiàn)擔(dān)任法國(guó)巴黎音樂學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)。他曾研讀音樂分析、音樂美學(xué)、配器、作曲與音樂史，并均摘得榜首畢業(yè)于巴黎音樂學(xué)院，又至位于蓬皮杜藝術(shù)中心的聲學(xué)與音樂研究中心學(xué)習(xí)，之后展開了他在國(guó)際樂壇的職業(yè)生涯并與諸多名家名團(tuán)合作，如當(dāng)代著名中提琴大師齊爾曼、著名作曲家、指揮家布列茲、美國(guó)芝加哥交響樂團(tuán)、德國(guó)法蘭克福廣播交響樂團(tuán)。代表作品有《街道》，《逝去的夢(mèng)》，《阿爾貝蒂的精神》，《第二室內(nèi)協(xié)奏曲》等。
作曲風(fēng)格
布魯諾曼托瓦尼的作品在音樂語言上既有包容并蓄的現(xiàn)代多種元素，又有深厚的傳統(tǒng)音樂發(fā)展思維的體現(xiàn)。曲目風(fēng)格恰如作曲家本人，隨性、灑脫而又奔放，極具才氣而全無現(xiàn)代音樂晦澀之感。作曲家顯然是慣于書寫大氣的大樂隊(duì)音響，行筆和配器等明顯具有大樂隊(duì)的寬廣思維和氣勢(shì)，這在給音樂帶來大氣之感和酣暢淋漓之時(shí)，也帶來了樂隊(duì)編制與音響錯(cuò)位所導(dǎo)致比例失調(diào)問題。顯然作曲家對(duì)此是有清晰認(rèn)識(shí)的，整體配器構(gòu)思相當(dāng)精妙，主奏樂器與伴奏聲部之間的音量比例總體比較協(xié)調(diào)。

在曼托瓦尼的音樂中，我們既體會(huì)法國(guó)人那瀟灑隨意的貴族氣質(zhì)，又感受到了奔放熱烈的當(dāng)代追求。更重要的是，在音樂中觀眾體味到了音聲中傳達(dá)出的生命活力與音樂想象力，在復(fù)雜音響背后體現(xiàn)著作曲家對(duì)發(fā)自心靈的音樂聲響的追求，表達(dá)出作曲家內(nèi)心的感受和對(duì)音樂的豐富想象力——這在當(dāng)代作曲家們追求繁復(fù)技巧而往往忽略了內(nèi)心聽覺追求的大潮中顯得格外珍重，也是值得國(guó)內(nèi)音樂界深思之處。

1.Starting in 2010 he began an extended collaboration with the Paris Opera (the balletSiddharta, and an opera based on the life of Russian poet Anna Akhmatova in 2011, a violin concerto for Renaud Capu?on and Philippe Jordan in 2012, a trio in 2014).
2.Inspired by the relationships linking music with other forms of artistic expression, he has collaborated with novelists Hubert Nyssen and Eric Reinhardt, librettists Christophe Ghristi and Fran?ois Regnault, chef Ferran Adrià, choreographers Jean-Christophe Maillot and Angelin Preljocaj, and film maker Pierre Coulibeuf. His work is often a reflection on the history of Western music (Bach, Gesualdo, Rameau, Schubert, Schumann) or popular forms (jazz, Eastern music).
3.Bruno Mantovani is also a conductor, and regularly conducts contemporary music ensembles (Accentus, Alternance, Cepheus, Intercontemporain, Sospeso, TM+) as well as the National Orchestra of Lille.
