人物簡介
梅志榮,研究室副主任,主任,副院長,院長,碩士生導(dǎo)師,博士生導(dǎo)師,注冊土木(巖土)工程師,并兼任中國巖石力學(xué)與工程學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事、隧道及地下工程學(xué)會(huì)副理事長、巖土錨固工程協(xié)會(huì)副理事長、中國鐵道學(xué)會(huì)理事等職務(wù)。
人物成就
梅志榮在城市地下工程設(shè)計(jì)施工理論研究領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)造詣較深,在鐵道以及交通行業(yè)享有較高的知名度,是該領(lǐng)域的學(xué)科帶頭人。先后主持和主要參加完成了20多項(xiàng)國家和省部重大科研項(xiàng)目,主要有“隧道TXP非線性有限元計(jì)算程序研制”、“隧道工程圍巖穩(wěn)定性監(jiān)測和信息化設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)”、 “松散圍巖市政隧道淺埋暗挖法修建新技術(shù)”、“隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)火災(zāi)損傷評定與修復(fù)加固措施研究”、“現(xiàn)代城市雙洞雙線隧道修建技術(shù)研究”、“昆侖山和風(fēng)火山隧道關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”、“高原多年凍土隧道滲漏水治理技術(shù)研究”、“鐵路隧道全環(huán)整體模筑襯砌研究”、“大伙房輸水工程特長隧洞修建技術(shù)”、“超長隧洞突發(fā)性地質(zhì)災(zāi)害的安全施工技術(shù)研究”、“新型錨桿的開發(fā)研究”、“鐵路隧道TBM施工連續(xù)出碴技術(shù)與設(shè)備國產(chǎn)化(方案)研究”、“客運(yùn)專線隧道全斷面預(yù)加固技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究”、“瀏陽河隧道下穿瀏陽河施工坍方透水風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制技術(shù)研究”、“巖溶隧道突水災(zāi)害預(yù)測預(yù)報(bào)系統(tǒng)研究”等。
上述項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)是科學(xué)研究和工程建設(shè)相結(jié)合,均在鐵路和地方建設(shè)中發(fā)揮了重要作用,并獲國家科技進(jìn)步特等獎(jiǎng)一次(主要完成者證書),國家科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)一次(集體獎(jiǎng)),省部科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)五次,省部科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)三次,廈門市科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)一次,2009年主持完成的《大伙房輸水工程特長隧洞TBM施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究》獲中國鐵路工程總公司科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)特等獎(jiǎng);2004-2009年主要參加的《大伙房輸水工程特長隧洞修建技術(shù)》正在申報(bào)國家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)。專利發(fā)明四項(xiàng)。國內(nèi)外發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文30余篇。2001年獲鐵道部火車頭獎(jiǎng)?wù)拢?002年獲四川省有突出貢獻(xiàn)優(yōu)秀專家稱號(hào),2003年被評為中國鐵道學(xué)會(huì)鐵道工程學(xué)科帶頭人,2005年被評為四川省學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人,2008年被四川省人事廳批準(zhǔn)為第二屆四川省專家評議(審)委員會(huì)成員。
Mei Zhirong, is a research fellow, doctoral tutor, director of Southwest Research Institute Co.Ltd.of C.R.E.C.G, registration civil engineer (rock & soil),and also is a standing director of Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, vice master director of Chinese Society for Tunneling and Underground works, standing director of Chinese Association for Rock & Soil Anchored Projects, director of China railway Society , etc.
