承擔(dān)科研項(xiàng)目情況
本研究組從事群體遺傳學(xué),統(tǒng)計(jì)基因組學(xué),計(jì)算生物學(xué)方面的研究。主要是開(kāi)發(fā)分析遺傳學(xué)基因組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法及計(jì)算機(jī)軟件。大量使用極大似然法,貝葉斯方法,MCMC等計(jì)算機(jī)模擬算法,并與生物遺傳學(xué)家合作開(kāi)展數(shù)據(jù)分析工作。
