    1. 基于核磁共振技術(shù)的結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué):與重大疾病相關(guān)或者與重要生命過程相關(guān)的蛋白質(zhì)的空間三維結(jié)構(gòu);

    基于結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)的藥物發(fā)現(xiàn);研究靶標蛋白質(zhì)分子與化學(xué)小分子之間的相互作用以及小分子藥物對生物大分子功能的調(diào)節(jié)作用;
