2005年6月獲西安交通大學(xué)控制科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。
2005年11月到浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)信息工程學(xué)院工作,講師;
2007年入選浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)“高層次創(chuàng)造性人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”,副教授。
2008年10月—2009年9月被校組織部選派掛職杭州市下城區(qū)科技局局長(zhǎng)助理。
2010年1月—2011年1月 哈佛大學(xué)Lab of Mathematics in Imaging訪問(wèn)學(xué)者(博士后)
2013年09月至今,浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)信息學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師

近年來(lái)針對(duì)“中國(guó)腦計(jì)劃”的前沿問(wèn)題“人腦神經(jīng)連接圖譜”開(kāi)展了系統(tǒng)性研究。具體地,針對(duì)目前對(duì)稱張量神經(jīng)成像方法無(wú)法解決神經(jīng)分叉、發(fā)散等復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)描述問(wèn)題,給出了非對(duì)稱張量成像系列理論和新方法。近五年主持國(guó)家基金面上項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、浙江省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),以第一作者和通訊作者在自動(dòng)化與人工智能領(lǐng)域頂級(jí)期刊《Automatica》、《Medical Image Analysis》 《Neuroimage》《IEEE Trans.系列》等發(fā)表論文10多篇。在MICCAI, ISBI等會(huì)議發(fā)表論文多篇。2017年入選浙江省高校中青年學(xué)科帶頭人。
對(duì)接北京宣武醫(yī)院、浙江大學(xué)附屬一院、溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬一院,解決臨床實(shí)際問(wèn)題。另一方面,對(duì)接深圳安科高技術(shù)股份有限公司等龍頭開(kāi)發(fā)“神經(jīng)外科導(dǎo)航”等高端醫(yī)療設(shè)備,在2019年6月杭州創(chuàng)新周活動(dòng)中向李克強(qiáng)總理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)匯報(bào)。另外與銀江股份、廣信智能、中奧科技等在交通大數(shù)據(jù)、政務(wù)大數(shù)據(jù)方面開(kāi)展產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利20多項(xiàng),參與獲教育部科技成果二等獎(jiǎng)(2015)、省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)(2016、2017)。
