2004 - 2008年,日本京都大學,博士后;
2008年 - 至今,復(fù)旦大學上海市智能信息處理重點實驗室,副教授;
現(xiàn)為復(fù)旦大學類腦智能科學與技術(shù)研究院副教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。

科學研究
主要研究方向為人工智能與生物醫(yī)學大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,特別是生物醫(yī)學文本挖掘、蛋白功能預(yù)測、宏基因組、藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)、免疫信息學等。相關(guān)論文在生物信息、人工智能、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等頂級國際會議和期刊發(fā)表,如 NeurIPS, KDD,IJCAI, ISMB, IEEE Transaction on Cybernetics, Bioinformatics, Nucleic Acids Research等。
