曾于2007-2015年在上海交通大學(xué)法學(xué)院工作，先后擔(dān)任講師、副教授、博士研究生導(dǎo)師、教授、院長(zhǎng)助理。

德國(guó)馬克斯-普朗克知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)法研究所訪問(wèn)學(xué)者（2006年5月-2007年8月）、客座研究員（2010年5月－10月、2011年6月－8月、2013年6月－9月），美國(guó)加州大學(xué)伯克利分校法學(xué)院、黑斯汀分校法學(xué)院訪問(wèn)學(xué)者（2012年2月-5月），荷蘭馬斯特里赫特大學(xué)法學(xué)院訪問(wèn)學(xué)者（2014年6月-9月）。

現(xiàn)任中國(guó)人民大學(xué)法學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。

出版譯著三部，發(fā)表論文十余篇，其中被SSCI收錄四篇。主持國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、德國(guó)馬克斯－普朗克協(xié)會(huì)資助項(xiàng)目等課題。
