科研工作
目前從事的研究方向有新型存儲(chǔ)器CRAM熱場分析與器件設(shè)計(jì)、磁電子學(xué)與電子功能材料、聽覺神經(jīng)信息處理與編碼、復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)非線性動(dòng)力學(xué)等。主持或參加過科研項(xiàng)目十多項(xiàng),發(fā)表論文四十多篇(其中SCI收錄16篇,EI收錄11篇,ISTP收錄2篇),被引用120多次(其中SCI論文引用約85次,非SCI外文引用十多次)。曾提出過描述磁光效應(yīng)的光電子量子散射理論方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)非線性神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中的反常頻率特性和內(nèi)稟振蕩等;獲得過國家教委科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)(1995)等。
