人物經(jīng)歷
2002年畢業(yè)于南開(kāi)大學(xué)物理系,獲理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;
2007年畢業(yè)于中科院物理研究所,獲凝聚態(tài)物理博士學(xué)位。
之后先后在美國(guó)University of New Orleans, Rice University, University of Utah進(jìn)行博士后研究。
2011年3月加入同濟(jì)大學(xué)物理系,為研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。
科研方向
研究方向:(1)二維晶體與新型納米器件;
(2)器件物理;
(3)新型儲(chǔ)能材料與器件。?
