許定波教授是美國明尼蘇達大學(xué)會計學(xué)博士，中歐國際工商學(xué)院法國依視路會計學(xué)教席教授、副教務(wù)長，中歐國際工商學(xué)院教育發(fā)展基金會秘書長，中歐名師獎獲得者。

許定波教授是《中國管理會計》雜志編委會執(zhí)行主任，CGMA100北亞管理會計領(lǐng)袖智庫創(chuàng)會主席，國務(wù)院扶貧辦中國社會扶貧網(wǎng)專家委員會主任委員，“關(guān)愛鄉(xiāng)村教師·百人計劃”發(fā)起人。他在京東集團、中國信達資產(chǎn)管理股份有限公司、三一重工股份有限公司、貴州茅臺酒股份有限公司、法國興業(yè)銀行（中國）有限公司等企業(yè)出任獨立董事。

Professor Xu received his Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. He is the Essilor Chair Professor inAccounting and Associate Deanat CEIBS, and he is the Secretary-General of CEIBS Education Foundation. He was awarded the prestigious CEIBS Medal for Teaching Excellence in 2009.

Professor Xu is the executive director of the editorial board of?China Management Accounting Review?and the founding chairman of CGMA 100 North Asia Leaders Think Tank. He is the chairman of the expert panel of China Social Poverty Alleviation Network. He also serves on the board of directors of JD.com, China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd., SANY Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Kweichow Moutai Company Limited, and Societe Generale (China) Ltd. etc.
