研究方向
主要以非洲爪蛙和小鼠為模式動(dòng)物,研究脊椎動(dòng)物神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)育的分子機(jī)制。實(shí)驗(yàn)室主要采用分子生物學(xué)、胚胎學(xué)等技術(shù),側(cè)重研究神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)早期發(fā)育中圖式形成和神經(jīng)嵴發(fā)育的分子機(jī)制,以期為預(yù)防和治療人類神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)育相關(guān)疾病提供理論依據(jù)。同時(shí),以脊椎動(dòng)物的祖先類型—文昌魚(yú)為模型,開(kāi)展過(guò)對(duì)其神經(jīng)發(fā)育機(jī)制的比較研究,以揭示神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)育機(jī)制的演化過(guò)程。
