西南交通大學(xué)自動(dòng)控制工學(xué)學(xué)士(1984),計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用工學(xué)碩士(1990),交通信息工程及控制(移動(dòng)通信方向)工學(xué)博士(1999)。上海鐵道學(xué)院(后并入同濟(jì)大學(xué))和西南交通大學(xué)助教、講師、副教授、教授(1984--)。德國(guó)柏林工業(yè)大學(xué)鐵路技術(shù)研究所高級(jí)訪問學(xué)者(1998-1999)。美國(guó)得州大學(xué)達(dá)拉斯分校先進(jìn)通信系統(tǒng)研究中心訪問研究員(2000-2001)。
任通信工程系主任,移動(dòng)通信省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任,信息編碼與傳輸省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任,IEEE Vehicular Technolgy Society,Chengdu Chapter主席,四川省通信學(xué)會(huì)無線通信專委會(huì)副主任。IEEE Senior Member, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology編委(Editor),《電子與信息學(xué)報(bào)》與《電子科學(xué)學(xué)刊(英文版)》編委。
