簡(jiǎn)介
男，研究員，畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系；1991年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)院寒區(qū)旱區(qū)環(huán)境與工程研究所，獲博士學(xué)位；1996年被聘任為中國(guó)科學(xué)院寒區(qū)旱區(qū)環(huán)境與工程研究所研究員.
