唐明鳳，法國知識與創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)濟管理專業(yè)博士，西南財經(jīng)大學(xué)工商管理學(xué)院副教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，中法創(chuàng)新研究中心創(chuàng)始人兼主任，法國斯特拉斯堡經(jīng)濟理論與應(yīng)用研究所研究員。 唐博士同時兼任“African Journal of Science, Technology, Innovation and Development” 和“La Revue Interntionale de Projectique” 國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊學(xué)術(shù)委員會評委。

1996年畢業(yè)于遼寧大學(xué)，獲取國際金融專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位。

2000年獲取法國斯特拉斯堡第一大學(xué)貨幣與金融專業(yè)法國舊制碩士學(xué)位。

2002年獲取法國勒阿弗爾大學(xué)歐洲與亞洲的國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。

2004年獲取法國斯特拉斯堡第一大學(xué)知識與創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)濟與管理專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。

2008年獲取該專業(yè)的博士學(xué)位。

研究方向：科技政策與創(chuàng)新管理、知識與技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移、創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)業(yè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息管理等。
