    曾俞衡

    曾俞衡,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,中科院青促會(huì)會(huì)員,畢業(yè)于浙江大學(xué)材料系硅材料國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位;2010年進(jìn)入寧波材料所工作。


    人物簡(jiǎn)介

    曾俞衡研究員長(zhǎng)期從事晶體硅材料、硅薄膜材料、硅基太陽電池等相關(guān)研究,開發(fā)出實(shí)驗(yàn)室效率>24%的氧化硅多晶硅鈍化接觸硅太陽電池;截至2020年,已在Adv. Energy Mater.、Sol. Energy Mater. Sol. Cells、Nano Energy、Solar RRL、J. Appl. Phys.等期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文70余篇;申請(qǐng)國家發(fā)明專利50余項(xiàng);曾獲2011年度浙江省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng);已主持國家自然科學(xué)面上基金2項(xiàng)及青年基金1項(xiàng)、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題1項(xiàng)、浙江省自然科學(xué)面上基金2項(xiàng)、寧波市自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)、中國博士后基金面上資助和特別資助;參與企業(yè)技術(shù)委托開發(fā)3項(xiàng),實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)化1項(xiàng)。
