個人簡介
李余動，男，1977年10月生，浙江蒼南人，博士，副教授，碩士生導師。1999年本科畢業(yè)于杭州師范學院生物系， 2008年獲浙江大學生化與分子生物學專業(yè)理學博士學位，2007-2008年獲國家公派資助為美國University of Chicago聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士生，2011-2012年為美國University of Texas MD Anderson cancer center訪問學者。2009年5月起任職于浙江工商大學食品與生物工程學院。
研究方向
1.重要工業(yè)微生物(鏈霉菌/酵母菌)與人類疾病的基因組進化及系統(tǒng)生物學研究。
2.微生物次級代謝產(chǎn)物的基因組挖掘(genomic mining)、生物合成途徑（基因簇）的解析與基因調(diào)控研究。
3.基于基因組研究平臺，開發(fā)致病微生物或人類疾病的快速分子檢測與診斷技術。
學術成果
目前承擔微生物代謝調(diào)控、生物信息學、生物制藥學等課程的教學任務，主要從事基因組進化及微生物代謝工程的研究，近5年以第一或通訊作者（并列）發(fā)表10余篇SCI論文，并先后各主持1項國家自然科學基金青年項目、浙江省自然科學基金面上項目、浙江省教育廳項目及中國博士后科學基金一等資助項目，并參與多項國家自然科學基金面上項目的研究。部分代表性論文(*通訊作者)：
