1993－1997英國劍橋大學博士；

2001－2006 瑞士Friedrich Miecher生物醫(yī)學研究所 （FMI） 研究組組長；

2006年起 清華大學教授、博導、“百人計劃”引進人才；

2010年12月起任同濟大學生命科學與技術(shù)學院院長、醫(yī)學與生命科學部副主任（兼）。

主要研究方向　表觀遺傳調(diào)控的分子機制與功能　干細胞分化與癌癥形成的表觀遺傳調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
