1994年9月-1998年7月，河北農業(yè)大學，城鄉(xiāng)建設學院農田水利工程專業(yè)，學士；2000年9月-2003年7月，中科院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學研究所農業(yè)資源研究中心，生態(tài)學專業(yè)，碩士。

1998年7月，為中科院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學研究所農業(yè)資源心研究實習員，主要從事生態(tài)水文和區(qū)域農業(yè)水資源評估相關領域的研究。2012年9月至今，副研究員。主持國家青年科學基金項目“基于環(huán)境同位素與溴示蹤技術的太行山前平原地下水垂向補給研究”，2010-2012年，經費20萬元。曾參加國家973、國際合作、中科院創(chuàng)新工程、中科院技服務網絡計劃項目、國家科技支撐等項目。
